Public Bid Wire

Terms of Service

Public Bid Wire provides weekly public bid, grant, contract, and opportunity watchlists based on customer-selected filters. The service is informational and does not guarantee eligibility, award, revenue, response rates, or business results.

Independent service

Public Bid Wire is independent and is not affiliated with SAM.gov, Grants.gov, federal, state, local, or other government agencies. Public Bid Wire is not legal, procurement, grant-writing, financial, or bidding advice.

Subscription and trial

At checkout, the customer may choose either a 7-day trial for a one-time $1 charge or immediate monthly billing. When the trial is selected, $1 is charged at checkout. Unless the customer cancels before the trial ends, the selected monthly plan is charged automatically after 7 days and monthly thereafter until canceled. When immediate monthly billing is selected, the full monthly plan price is charged at checkout and monthly thereafter until canceled. Checkout is completed through Stripe.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing source notices, confirming eligibility, deadlines, requirements, and deciding whether to pursue any opportunity. Public Bid Wire does not submit bids or grant applications on a customer’s behalf unless separately agreed in writing.

Public data

Opportunity information comes from public and third-party sources. We work to keep reports useful, but public data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, changed, expired, or unavailable. Source notices control over any summary in a Public Bid Wire report.

Account access

Dashboard access uses a private token emailed to the customer. Customers should keep that link private and contact hello@publicbidwire.com if they believe it has been shared or misused.

Team recipients and alerts

Eligible plans may include secondary watchlists, priority alerts, and team report recipients. Account owners may add only recipients who asked to receive the reports. Recipients may unsubscribe independently. Alerts are informational and may be delayed by source changes, hosting, email delivery, or scheduled refresh timing.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use the service to violate laws, interfere with the website, abuse public APIs, resell dashboard access, or misrepresent Public Bid Wire reports as official government advice.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Public Bid Wire is not liable for lost profits, missed opportunities, inaccurate public source data, API outages, or indirect damages.
