Cancellation Policy

Public Bid Wire is a monthly recurring subscription. Customers may cancel any time from the Watchlist Dashboard using their private access token, or by emailing hello@publicbidwire.com.

How cancellation works

Dashboard cancellation tells Stripe not to renew the subscription at the end of the current billing period. The customer can continue receiving service through the paid period unless Stripe reports the subscription as canceled earlier. Email cancellation requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible; include the account email address so we can find the subscription.

Refunds

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period starts because reports and access are delivered digitally. If there is a billing mistake, duplicate charge, or technical failure that prevented access, email hello@publicbidwire.com and we will review it.

Access after cancellation

Dashboard access may remain available for profile review, but new weekly reports stop after the paid subscription ends.
